Who we are

Massé ("we", "us") is a diagnostic-led growth practice working with founder-led businesses in Singapore and India. You can reach us at anushka@studiomasse.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. If you fill in the enquiry form, that is:

• Your name and business name
• Your website or social handle
• Your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
• What you tell us about your business, your challenges and your goals

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics that identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to look at your business before we speak, and to keep a record of who has been in touch. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in a private spreadsheet in our Google account and sent to our email inbox. Only Anushka has access. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we may reasonably need it to work with you or follow up. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email anushka@studiomasse.com and we will act on it promptly.

If you are in Singapore, your rights are set out in the Personal Data Protection Act. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies.

Other websites

This site links to Instagram and WhatsApp. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply, not ours.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
